Compass Property look after my property in Marchmont in Edinburgh and have proved by far to be the best. Repairs are always carried out speedily, cost effectively and to a high standard and I very much trust their judgement with the selection of tenants. The property is always well looked after and there have never been any issues with payment of rent. In addition Compass Property have also gone through the process of obtaining a HMO licence for the property and have kept the property up to date with the changing requirements.
