- Management of communications between you and your tenants
- Chase any overdue rental payments
- At the end of any tenancy we will inspect the property, check the inventory
- If necessary organise the redecoration or refurbishment of the property between tenancies
- Keep in touch with the tenant on a routine basis and arrange renewals of tenancy agreements as necessary
